We provide warranty and service for all products and services purchased from us. Make sure all products you purchase are equipped with our Sticker / Warranty Card / Invoice / Ticket Support ( PT.GlobalTrackindo Profesional Sistem ). In addition to printed versions for customers, we guarantee this warranty provision on this site to enable potential customers to know. About the warranty warranty warranty we provide is always informed when we offer goods and services.
The warranty period for a certain type is one (2) years from the date of purchase. During that period, the defective product must be delivered / delivered / delivered to us immediately. We will be responsible for replacement of new units beyond Antenna / microfone and Relay damage.
Damage after the warranty period, products delivered / delivered to us will be served without charge of repair service, but if there are spare parts that must be replaced, we will inform and the cost becomes customer responsibility.

We accept a Service Contract application or an extension of the warranty period with a certain annual fee.
This warranty claim process follows the general terms of electronic goods. We seek to assist the interests of our customers and not take advantage of the conditions and general standards of the warranty.
LIMITATION OF WARRANTY
Accidentally / unintentionally damaging the warranty seal attached to each product purchased.
Damage caused by natural disaster (earthquake, fire, flood, lightning) riots, accidents, theft, damage by animals, unstable voltage or power failure, user error or negligence (fall, exposure to water / chemical liquids).
Modify, reduce, modify or add to the specification of the goods with other equipment or accessories not in accordance with the instructions of use.

TRAINING / MANUAL GUIDE
To support after-sales service and accommodate customer concerns about issues arising from the tools-especially after the warranty period, we provide a short guide (manual) for customers and ready to provide training (1x training sessions) for technicians especially for corporate customers who are outside Jabodetabek. It aims to enable customers to know how to use the right, to perform maintenance, to install and remove their own installation of troubled equipment without having to go out the cost of repair shops or repairs. Then, to repair the damaged GPS Tracker spare part, tools can be delivered or sent to us for repair. As per factory standard, GPS Tracker has an economical age of approximately five (3) years.
Free Training Facilities provided include how to install the tools and use of GPS Tracking System application, and implemented 1 time at first installation with minimum order 10 units. The next training request or Technical Support visit will be charged.
Follow the instructions from the manual to use the existing features. If any features do not work, please file a complaint and request assistance via the Free Web Support facility. Keep the Ticket Support number of each GPS Tracker installed for the Support and Warranty process.
